Project Description: The construction and use of a two-story single-family residence with basement
approximately 4,550 square feet of residential floor area) including a stacked stall four-car garage on an approximately 22,282-square-foot (0.5-acre) lot in the RE15-1-H Zone. The proposed project would include a swimming pool; outdoor living areas (barbeque area and patio); a landscaped area; open space; and an entrance gate. The proposed project would require the removal of three coast live oak trees
(Quercus agrifolia) and one California scrub oak tree (Quercus berberidifolia), to be replaced with sixteen native oak trees as part of the project’s landscaping.
