
Denise Campos is a Los Angeles native and has nearly 20 years of professional experience in public affairs, government relations, media and community engagement. Campos works at SoCalGas, the nation’s largest natural gas distribution company, as a Public Affairs Manager. Prior, her career in public service spanned a decade, working for several Los Angeles elected officials and the Commission for Children, Youth and Their Families. Campos has previously served on the California State Architect’s Board and the City of Los Angeles El Pueblo Historic Monument Authority Commission. She is currently on the boards of the Los Angeles Trade-Tech College Foundation, Alma Family Services, Los Angeles Metro YMCA Urban Council, and several Chamber of Commerce boards. Campos received bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Mexican-American Studies from San Diego State University.
