City Planning has modified Development Services Center (DSC) operations to help protect the public and our employees
who serve you. Consistent with Mayor Garcetti’s directives to help slow the spread of COVID-19 while continuing to deliver important City services,
City Planning is minimizing in-person interaction throughout its offices.
Per City Ordinance 187219, proof of vaccination is required for a patron to enter an indoor portion of a City facility beginning
November 8, 2021. This includes DSCs. In lieu of vaccination, we can accept a negative COVID test within 72 hours of entry. You can request a digital COVID-19
Vaccination Record if you were vaccinated in California (unless you were vaccinated at a federal facility) by visiting myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov. For any questions
regarding vaccine records, visit the LA County Vaccine Records website.
The public counters at our DSCs are still open. However, our operations have been modified to minimize in-person contact
and promote proper physical distancing. No in-person appointments will be scheduled at this time for the DSC public counters. However, you may use the scheduling
from below to request a telephone or video conference appointment with DSC staff. Additionally, City Planning has established
in-person drop off areas at all three DSCs with physical boxes for applicants to drop off plans and applications. The in-person drop off areas are available
during regular business hours and are located in a secured, monitored location outside the DSCs. This will allow applicants to file project
applications and provide plans without visiting the public counter or needing an initial filing appointment.

Records Management will be available for in-person record review and retrieval by appointment only.
The public is encouraged to comply with "Safer at Home" directives and use alternate means to review and retrieve documents.
