Existing one- to four-story freezer, cold storage, and dry storage warehouses and surface parking would be demolished as part of this Project.

Based on the analysis included in the Draft EIR, the Project would result in significant and unavoidable impacts related to: Air Quality (regional construction and operational emissions), Noise (on-site Project-level construction noise; cumulative on-site and off-site construction noise; vibration impacts during construction as it relates to structural damage and human annoyance), and Transportation (vehicle miles traveled [VMT] and geometric hazards). All other potential impacts would be less than significant or mitigated to less-than-significant levels.
