Project Description: The Project involves an update to the Cornfield Arroyo Seco Specific Plan (CASP). The proposed CASP Update would amend the text, maps, and tables of the CASP, including new land use and zoning regulations, incentives, and boundaries, for the purpose of encouraging affordable and mixed-income housing production.
