Notice is hereby given to the general public of the availability for public review and comment on the following Environmental documents: This publication is intended to serve as our Notice of Intent to adopt the following Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND). MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION: ENV-2022-7855. ENV-2022-7855-A. ENV-2022-7855-B. ENV-2022-7855-C. ENV-2022-7855-D. ENV-2022-7855-E. 16949-16955 W Sherman Way, CD6. Proposed project involves demolition of existing structures & construction of a new, 111-unit, mixed-use development with 6 dwelling units set aside for Extremely Low & 13 dwelling units set aside for Very Low-Income Households, & 4,500 sf. of ground floor commercial. Project would have a maximum building height of 48 feet & 4 stories, including a 2-level subterranean garage with 160 residential & 18 retail parking spaces. There are no protected tree species associated with project; there are 8 unprotected trees onsite & 4 street trees. Project is expected to require 23,300 cubic yards of export.
