Notice is hereby given to the general public of the availability for public review and comment on the following Environmental documents. This publication is intended to serve as our Notice of Intent to adopt the following Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND). MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION: ENV-2021-7160. ENV-2021-7160-A. ENV-2021-7160-B. ENV-2021-7160-C. ENV-2021-7160-D. ENV-2021-7160-E. ENV-2021-7160-F. ENV-2021-7160-G. ENV-2021-7160-H. ENV-2021-7160-I. ENV-2021-7160-J. 2000 Stadium Way; Silver Lake-Echo Park -Elysian Valley. CD1. Project proposes to add a new Skilled Nursing Facility to existing Barlow Respiratory Hospital campus by demolishing of 2 existing on-grade parking lots. New building would be an 80,454-sf, 59.5-foot-tall building containing 150 patient beds. As part of Project, 2 new on-grade parking lots will be added. Facility would house all services required by Office of Statewide Health Planning & Development in 4 levels over 1 basement level. Facility would be located on site of an existing surface parking lot along Stadium way & would include a ground-floor parking garage with ingress/egress from an internal road/drive with direct access to Stadium Way.
