Project includes removal of an existing restaurant foundation & parking areas at Project Site & development of the site with a 4-story hotel (90,213 sf) with 149 rooms & 3 levels of subterranean parking, providing 213 vehicle parking spaces. Maximum height of the hotel would be 66 ft. to the top of the parapet & 73 to top of the elevator. Project would include removal & replacement of 22 non-protected trees & would require approx. 61,500 cubic yards of export during the construction phase.
