The Planning Department initiated the Harbor LA Community Plans Update for two community plans in the harbor region: Harbor Gateway and Wilmington-Harbor City.
The Harbor Team conducted a webinar to explain how community plans work, what the update process is about, how it affects you and your community, and how to participate in the process. The same presentation was offered in sessions in English and Spanish.
