Webinar Recordings: Draft Concepts for Westside Plans

In July 2020, the Westside Planning Team presented draft land use concepts online for each of the four Community Plan areas: West Los Angeles, Palms-Mar Vista-Del Rey, Venice, and Westchester-Playa del Rey. Please join the Westside Planning Team online as we present draft land use concepts for each of the four Community Plan areas: West Los Angeles, Palms-Mar Vista-Del Rey, Venice, and Westchester-Playa del Rey.

Join the Westside Planning team and fellow community stakeholders. The draft plan concepts to be presented at the July webinars will feature draft land use concepts for each Community Plan. These draft concepts will be based on:

  • Community Input from the project’s Listen and Share Phase outreach.
  • City Planning’s Analysis of existing land use, zoning and development patterns.
  • Local and Regional Objectives for housing, jobs, environmental sustainability, and quality of life.
