Notice is hereby given to the general public of the availability for public review and comment on the following Environmental documents. This publication is intended to serve as our Notice of Intent to adopt the following Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND). MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION: ENV-2022-7906. ENV-2022-7906-A. ENV-2022-7906-B. ENV-2022-7906-C. ENV-2022-7906-D. ENV-2022-7906-E. ENV-2022-7906-F. ENV-2022-7906-G. ENV-2022-7906-H. ENV-2022-7906-I. ENV-2022-7906-J. ENV-2022-7906-K. 7023-7037 N. Laurel Canyon Blvd. CD2. Project proposes a new mixed-use building with 243 residential apartment units, 5,126-sf of commercial retail space & 360 parking spaces on 2 subterranean levels. The 71-foot-high building would total 357,751-sf on a 97,264-sf site. Existing 1 story commercial building totaling 36,160-sf & a parking lot would be demolished.
