In September 2023, Planning documents were transmitted to the City Clerk (CF 23-0861) including the Letter of Determination, the Director of Planning’s Memorandum to City Council’s Planning and Land use Management (PLUM) Committee Exhibits, and the Final Environmental Impact Report. This transmittal begins the process of being scheduled for hearings before the Planning and Land Use Management (PLUM) Committee and full City Council for adoption.
